Velrix Manufacturing provides apparel manufacturing services primarily for brands, businesses, and organizations. Product specifications, quantities, pricing, customization, production timelines, and shipping arrangements are confirmed between Velrix Manufacturing and the customer before an order is finalized.

A Request a Quote submission does not constitute a confirmed order. An order becomes confirmed only after the quotation and order details have been agreed upon by both parties.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, B2B orders may require a 50% advance payment before production begins, with the remaining 50% due before shipment.
Final payment terms will be confirmed in the quotation or order documentation.

Shipping

Changes and Cancellations
Changes or cancellations to an order may not be possible once production has started. Any requested changes or cancellations will be reviewed according to the stage of production and the agreed order terms.
